Hello everyone,

I am Ingrid Rastel, naturopath, sophro-relaxologist, yoga pilates teacher.

It's a way of life that excites me  for a long time and I wish to share it with you by accompanying you onthe pathof your well-being.

I train regularly because I love to reinvent myself according to my desires of the moment and my inspirations.

A life experience made me reinvent myself again and understand what is really important to me. That's why I created My FeelGood Studio. It is a 100% online place, designed to feel good in your body and in your head, in complete autonomy.

My journey


I have always been interested in meditation,

well-being and food.

After several years in the field of human resources and the secretariat, I have been training since 2012 in my first passions, the human.

First, naturopathy at the Cenatho in Paris.

Then, sophro-relaxation at the Cassiopée institute

in Chatou. The RNCP title is awarded to me at the end of

of this training.

I specialize in several areas:

  • eating disorders
    and sophrology (bulimia, anorexia, hyperphagia) at Coralie Degradot

  • business and sophrology at Cassiopée

  • perinatal care and sophrology at Clémence

Vinyasa Yoga (SSCS Training)

Pilates (Leaderfit): mat work 123, pregnant women, seniors, post-therapy, small equipment.
